I enjoyed my High School Art Classes and wanted to go on and attend the three year program at that time offered at the Worcester Art Museum but fate would have otherwise.  After my children were grown my husband suggested that I take a class with William Griffiths who was highly recommended by friends of his. And then it began... Color and Light, Watercolor and Acrylic with Bill. Oriental Brush Painting with Ming Chien Liang , Oil and  Anatomy with  Alexander Farquharson and sketching in the galleries with George Hancin.  I have attended Exhibits, Receptions and many of the lectures of Jim Welu. I have visited many museums in and outside of the country. I am happiest in the art world.

The President of Bay State Savings Bank, Bob Lewis asked me along with another artist to showcase our art at a Member's Appreciation Night on October 21, 2004 at the Worcester Club. It was an honor to show 30 of my slides at the reception. I have sold my work and several hang in private collections.

• Worcester Art Museum - My work has hung in many of the Adult Student Shows including Special Exhibits at the museum for  Off-site painting trips to  the South of France 2000 and on the Island of Skopolos, Greece in 2005. I hope to particapate in the upcoming Show at the Museum in November which will showcase work we did in Tuscany this year.
